Licensing explained

How License Limits Work

Domains

Only top-level domains with their own virtual host count. Subdomains and parked or aliased domains are free. Going over the limit returns a 403 — or, on control panels, falls back to Apache.

Workers

A worker is a LiteSpeed process that routes requests, handles TLS, caching and static files. More workers let busy servers use more CPU cores.

RAM

The server's total memory must stay within the edition's RAM limit. LiteSpeed shares that memory with the rest of your server.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. A free 15-day trial equivalent to Web Host Professional (or Web ADC Small) is available for every new server.

What is the difference between leased and owned licenses?

Leased licenses follow the billing cycles currently available at checkout. Owned licenses are a one-time purchase that includes a year of updates; after that, updates are an optional yearly add-on.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Leased licenses can move between Site Owner and Web Host editions at any time with prorated billing. Owned licenses can be upgraded but not downgraded.

Can one license cover several servers?

No. Each server needs its own license.

How can I cancel?

Cancel a leased license, or the updates on an owned license, at any time to stop the next renewal.

Which currency do you bill in?

Prices are listed in USD. Contact us if you prefer to pay in IDR by local bank transfer.
