Shared-license access is a managed service entitlement. Key use, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are explained below.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms apply when you use LiteSpeed Core websites, purchase a plan, create a client account, or access our licensing and support services. By placing an order or using a service, you agree to these Terms and the product details shown at checkout. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account and billing information.
LiteSpeed Core provides licensing and related services. LiteSpeed software and trademarks remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. Nothing in a plan transfers ownership of that software or its intellectual property to you.
Activation, binding, and keys
You are responsible for keeping license keys, account credentials, and installation access confidential. A license may be bound to a server IP address and hardware or system identifiers. Reissues, unbinding, plan changes, and server moves are available only as described in your plan or client area and may be limited to prevent abuse.
Do not bypass validation, use one entitlement on more servers than allowed, misrepresent server information, or share a key with an unrelated party. We may investigate and suspend misuse after reasonable notice when practicable, or immediately where security, fraud, or legal risk requires it.
Orders, fees, and renewals
Prices, billing cycles, feature limits, and any renewal terms are shown at checkout or in the client area. Taxes and third-party charges may apply. Leased and recurring services continue for the selected billing period unless canceled according to the displayed renewal terms. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges; cancellation does not automatically refund an active or completed period.
A trial is an evaluation entitlement with its own duration and limits. It does not guarantee eligibility for a second trial or a refund after a paid purchase. An owned plan's included update period and any optional update renewal are specified in the order details.
Refunds and disputes
License keys, access, and digital services are made available promptly after provisioning. Except where applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree in writing, payments are final and we do not offer voluntary refunds for provisioned licenses, elapsed service periods, unused time, installation choices, or compatibility decisions. Review the Refund Policy and available trial before ordering.
If you believe a charge was duplicated, a service was not delivered, or there is a material error, contact support@litespeedcore.com with your order details so we can investigate and provide any remedy required by law or agreed in writing. Nothing in these Terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.
Support and service changes
Support, migration, updates, uptime commitments, and response times apply only where stated in your purchased plan or separate written agreement. We may perform maintenance or make reasonable operational changes to protect security and availability. We will try to provide notice of material changes affecting active services when practicable.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your servers, backups, website content, lawful use, and compatibility testing unless a managed service agreement says otherwise. Do not use the service to infringe rights, attack systems, distribute malicious code, or violate applicable law or upstream software terms. You must maintain accurate contact details so we can send billing and security notices.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, fraud, a material breach, or a security or legal threat. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure. Ending access does not erase amounts already due. Any data retention or deletion after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Warranties and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care, but internet and third-party software services may experience interruptions or incompatibilities. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Any limitation of liability is subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law and contact
These Terms are interpreted under applicable United States law, without selecting an exclusive state forum. Mandatory consumer protections in your location remain in effect where they apply. Please first contact support@litespeedcore.com to seek a practical resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms prospectively. The updated date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be announced through the website, client area, or email when appropriate.
